Returns
All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is custom printed when you purchase it.
For that reason, we only accept returns or issue refunds for specific quality-related issues.
Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day issue reporting window from the date your order is delivered.
You may request a replacement or refund if:

Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

You received the wrong item, size, or colour due to a fulfilment error
To qualify for a replacement or refund, please include clear photos of the affected item and your order details when contacting us.
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or colour ordered

General dissatisfaction (e.g. slight colour variations due to the print process)

Sale items or gift cards
How to Report a Problem
To start a claim, contact us at brisketco7@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Photos clearly showing the problem (including packaging or labels if applicable)
If approved, we’ll either:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Note: Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at brisketco7@gmail.com.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a replacement, it will be reprinted and shipped at no cost once the issue is confirmed.
